{"id":73,"date":"2016-08-19T05:00:46","date_gmt":"2016-08-19T15:00:46","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/vraxx.com\/blog\/?p=73"},"modified":"2016-08-21T20:48:35","modified_gmt":"2016-08-22T06:48:35","slug":"routine-and-the-spiral","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"http:\/\/vraxx.com\/blog\/2016\/08\/19\/routine-and-the-spiral\/","title":{"rendered":"Routine and Rut"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Something that&#8217;s occasionally hard to describe about depression is the feeling of life being one big loop. \u00a0Had Nine Inch Nails&#8217; track Every Day Is Exactly the Same playing in the back of my mind for a while lately. \u00a0Guess the routine and motivational issues I&#8217;ve had this week have been particularly difficult.<\/p>\n<p>Trying to adjust my diet a bit with more fruits and vitamin C as I feel I haven&#8217;t gotten much in the way of sunlight and exercise. Even as I start off this 3-day weekend (Yay Admissions Day) I realize even my days off are sort of a basic routine of run errands, clean and try to work on coping tools.
